Your trial session can take place at your home or outside at a local recreational area of your choosing. Your trial session includes a short initial consultation, giving you an opportunity to sit down with your personal trainer to discuss your goals for your personal training experience. You’ll have plenty of time to address any concerns you may have.

Our personal trainers are nationally recognised members of professional exercise registers and they travel with a state of the art equipment pack that guarantees your training experience is engaging, motivational and highly-effective. We recommend you eat a snack/light meal 2-3 hours prior to the start time of your trial session. We look forward to meeting you.
