Can I experience personal training before I invest in a package?
Absolutely! We provide a 45 minute trial personal training session at your chosen location in Oxford. Book Your Trial Personal Training Session
Your trial session will give you an opportunity to meet your MPT personal trainer and experience a personal training session tailored to your current ability and designed to meet your specific needs and goals.
Do you provide personal training to people of all ages?
Yes! At MPT our youngest client is aged 12 with our most experienced being 107. Whatever your age and ability, whatever your circumstances, we have the knowledge and coaching skills to improve your fitness.
Where can my sessions take place in Oxford?
Wherever you feel most comfortable! You may choose to train at home during the winter months and at a local park in Oxford during the summer months. Our personal trainers will meet you at the place you feel best, whether that’s your cozy lounge or a picturesque setting in the Oxfordshire countryside.
We have a number of dedicated Training Zones located around Oxford, which we regularly use with clients. It’s important your training experience is effective but also safe, we therefore select our training locations meticulously.

We also provide our mobile personal training service to the residents of neighbouring areas such as Elsfield, Forest Hill, Islip, Bicester, Littleworth and Wheatley.
What is a typical personal training session like?
How much space do I need to train at home?
Not as much as you might think! Our priority is proving a safe and highly effective personal training experience so it’s important your training area is free from any clutter and dangerous items. You can train inside or outside and the minimum space required is 2.5M x 2.5M.
How will you support me outside of my personal training sessions?
At MPT we take a holistic approach to personal training. For many of our clients our personal training service is about more than the personal training sessions they participate in. It’s about our comprehensive approach to exercise, nutrition and lifestyle management. Learn more by visiting our personal training page.
Upon purchasing one of our personal training packages you’ll receive access to our personal training hub app. This is where you’ll receive your nutritional coaching, view your personal training results, watch your video exercise plans and more. Your personal trainer is with you every step of the way, advising you on all aspects of your fitness experience.
